Strategic Group of Companies: Terms of Business
From the 1st May 2009 the Strategic Group all-in fee will be £2500 plus VAT and travel and accommodation expenses per day, (or part day), to cover all reasonable preparation, delivery and write-up.
Existing call-off contracts will be excluded from these charges.
Separate arrangements for Study Visits will operate and the fee for three coaching sessions will be £2500, (plus expenses), and VAT.

Strategic Positioning and Strategic Health
Discounts
The first five days of any programme are charged at full rate, the next 20 days at a 5% discount, after that a 10% discount will apply.
Payment
Terms of business are for payment within 30 days.
The Strategic Group reserves the right to invoice for 50% of the fees and at the end for the outstanding amount, (including expenses).
The Strategic Group reserves the right to charge interest on outstanding invoices of 60+.
